After losing a decision in the preliminaries of the 2010 National Golden Gloves Tournament, Uppercut Gyms’ Aaron green, has decided to take his boxing career in a different direction. He’s leaving the headgear behind to become a Pro boxer.  When asked how he came to this decision and why he didn’t wait until after the USA tournament, he had this to say:
“I came to this decision after the Golden Gloves.  I felt that I was getting older and I wanted to get started on my goal as being a pro boxer.  I thought about the USA’s but it is the funding and time that doesn’t work.  Also, the fact that I want to get started as a pro.  My next step is to take a month or so off from fighting but still train hard in the gym.  I am very excited about my decision and ready for the challenges ahead.”
